South Asian Studies Association

The South Asian Studies Association (SASA) promotes academic studies and public awareness related to South Asia regarding the modern nations of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Afghanistan, and Maldives. SASA convenes an annual conference for researchers, educators, and students to share their work. We recognize leadership in the fields of academia, business, and community service. We facilitate congenial networking opportunities. SASA invites authors to submit manuscripts for possible publication in the Monsoon: South Asian Studies Association Journal.
